Product Warranty Terms
If your device is malfunctioning and covered by the company's warranty, you must follow the steps below correctly to benefit from the company's warranty services:
1.Contact the Company: Once you identify the malfunction, contact the company and report the issue.
2.Submit Documentation Within 48 Hours: You are required to provide the following information in writing, along with clear photos, to Afzar Azma within 48 hours:
- Purchase Invoice: Submit a copy of the product purchase invoice.
- Warranty Card: Provide a valid warranty card stamped by the company.
- Installation and Malfunction Date: Include detailed information on the installation and malfunction dates.
- Serial Number: Send the product's serial number for identification purposes.
- Error Message or LED Lights: If the device displays specific error messages or if LED lights indicate an issue, this information must be provided.
- Initial Actions Taken: Provide a full description of any steps taken to resolve the issue before contacting the company.
Conditions for Warranty Void
The product warranty is valid only if certain conditions are met. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the automatic voiding of the warranty. Below are the most common reasons for warranty invalidation:
- Improper Installation: If the device is installed incorrectly, the warranty will be void.
- Opening the Device: Any unauthorized opening of the device by the buyer or others will invalidate the warranty.
- Tampered Serial Number: Any tampering with or removal of the product's serial number may result in the warranty being nullified.
- Power Surges and Natural Disasters: Factors such as power surges, lightning, floods, earthquakes, fires, environmental corrosion, or severe impacts may invalidate the warranty.
- Repairs by Third Parties: Any repair attempts made by unauthorized individuals or non-official service centers can void the warranty.
Handling Defective Products
The transportation and delivery of defective products to sales representatives or service centers are the responsibility of the buyer. It is important to note that customers must bear the shipping costs for sending products to the authorized service centers for evaluation.
